"For by wise guidance you wage your war; and victory is in many advisors."
Proverbs 24:6
To participate in strategic planning guides us in knowing the way God will take us forward. Proverbs 24:6 points out that wise guidance enables us to wage war. We are born into war but our war is not against flesh and blood. How much then we need spiritual perception and guidance from God in this battle! God Himself is our Commander in Chief. He sees the big picture and we do not. Listening to Him in prayer allows Him to reveal to us step by step His divine strategy. Furthermore, Proverbs 24:6 tells us victory is in many advisors. Our brothers and sisters in the Body of Christ amplify our understanding and perception of God’s revelation. Joining hands with God and one another keeps us accountable to follow His directions and walk in victory for His glory.
Disciple's Prayer for Today:
"Father, I join hands with my sisters and brothers to seek Your wisdom and guidance to accomplish what You call me to do today. We stop and intentionally listen to You now. Give us Your divine strategies as Our Commander in Chief. Together, we look to You. We choose to obey Your instructions with gladness. We thank You in advance for the victories You will give through our obedience! May it glorify You always, Jesus!”

"Father, today I lift up the Shikaki of Iran and ask that you would pour out your love on them today. God open the doors of salvation within their hearts and give them freedom from the darkness. You see what keeps them back from hearing and coming to know You. Reveal Your plans to us as we listen. Lord you are the God of joy and I ask that joy would mark these people, your children. Father create an open heaven above their nation and let your love pour down like an atmospheric river among them today."
