"And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit."
1 Corinthians 3:18
In a practical, everyday way we can grow in our own knowledge of God's glory. We do this by praying, talking to God, casting our cares on Him, by reading His Word, and by sharing what we learn with others. These daily, momentary, practices transform us from the inside out. They transform the very core of who we are.
We are changed from glory to glory, more and more, to be like Jesus through the power of the Holy Spirit who is at work in us. Look up today and let the light of God's love fill you to overflowing.
Disciple's Prayer:
"Father, fill me with the knowledge of your glory and let that knowledge spill out of me to everyone in my life. Let me grow more and more in the knowledge of who you are. Show me you. Teach me your ways so that I never stray from them. Remove anything in my life that is not of you and fill my life with everything that is of You."
Prayer for the Unreached of the Day:
"Father, the Eastern Khampa still have little access to the gospel. Your heart is that none should perish. For Your Name's sake, thrust out more than enough laborers to introduce these Eastern Khampa to You, Jesus. May thousands come to faith in Jesus and be fully devoted followers. May these disciples become fruitful disciple-makers that share with all those around His love and light. Amen."
